DoD 8570 IAT Level III is a plus
  • Primary responsibility is Maintain, Configure and Troubleshoot Cyber Defense Systems. The candidate will have experience in one of the following areas:
    • McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator as implemented in the DoD HBSS program
    • Linux based servers and appliances
    • Client\Server technologies and troubleshooting 
    • Splunk
  • May also assist with the following: 80/443 web content filters/proxies, email security capabilities, IDS, IPS,SEIM, DNS security practices, advanced log analysis, network monitoring, network flow analysis, packet capture analysis, network proxies, firewalls, anti-virus capabilities, Linux/UNIX command line, and access control lists.
  • Will have experience with multi-tasking providing on ground support to CNDSP work centers.
  • Will have excellent oral and written skills creating programmatic documentation, standard operating procedures and granular process checklists.
  • 8+ years of experience with IA or Cyber security networking
  • 5 + years experience with program and project management
  • 5+ years of cutting edge network Cyber security solutions experience designing enterprise-level secure network architectures.
  • 5+ years of development experience with secure network architectures addressing the growing Cyber threat. 
  • 5 years of related experience in data security administration and network defense/information assurance.
  • 8 + years of experience providing sound security architecture and engineering principles for the development, direction, and implementation of enterprise network cyber defense capabilities
  • 5 + years of experience writing signatures for detection systems, such as SNORT and McAfee Intrushield is a plus.
·         Experience providing technical engineering and architectural guidance, and leadership to project teams and senior                 management
·         Experience participating in site\enterprise event and incident analysis and response
·         Experience providing forensic investigations support
  • Knowledge and understanding the managed services provider (MSP) model and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Essential Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A Security+ and CISSP and CCNA certificate is required
