·         Engineer, configure, customize, test, implement, support and enhance security infrastructure solutions such as                       Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager 2010 (including BHOLD Suite), Active Directory Federation Services 2.0, CA                   SiteMinder Web Access Manager, CA AuthMinder/RiskMinder versatile authentication solutions, CA Federation                       Manager, and Mobile Access Gateway API Security & Governance solutions.
·         Assist with the implementation of IAM solutions that align with the strategic Cloud, Mobile, and Social adoption                       initiatives.
·         Develop, test, implement, support and enhance custom Enterprise Security Services (within SOA) such as                               IdentityProvider, Identification, RoleProvider, and Auditing.
·         Perform regular administration of infrastructure systems (e.g., SiteMinder and FIM) and handle manual data                             discrepancy resolution processes.
·         Responsible for the technical requirements alignment, technical design as per requirements, architecture and evolution           of IAM services.
·         Services include authentication and authorization, session management, access requests, access provisioning, access           reauthorization, public key encryption, remote access, IAM services API, role and entitlement models, and directory                 technologies. 

  • 8+ total years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • 6+ total years of relevant experience in software applications development
  • 4+ years experience with configuring, administering, and customizing Microsoft Forefront
  • 5 + years of experience with Identity Manager (FIM)
  • 5 + years of experience with Microsoft BHOLD Suite
  • 5+ years’ experience with building Microsoft .NET applications using Visual Studio (C# and Web services development)
  • 4+ years’ experience with relational database management system (RDBMS) design and development using Microsoft SQL Server or other comparable RDBMS
  • 3+ years experience with configuring and administering CA SiteMinder Web Access Manager (WAM), or comparable Web Access Management solution
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of authentication, authorization, or identity management standards/protocols such as Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, WS-Federation, XACML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience is desired.
·         Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional             (CSSLP) certification
