Identity and access management (IAM) strategy and program assessment, architecture and solution design, technology selection, business process development, and systems integration. The management of identities and access privileges requires involvement from IT and business units to implement effective technology solutions and business processes. 

Essential Functions
Work in dynamic, team-oriented environments where they define internal business process issues, compile information and analyze data in order to present solutions to our clients. Develop an understanding of business processes, build technical skills in Identity and Access Management technologies, review, document, and evaluate solutions.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • 3 + years minimum of practical (hands-on) administering and managing a SiteMinder environment
  • 3 + years minimum practical (hands-on) experience using ASP.Net, C# and/or VB.Net and SQL Server
  • Experience with applications using Oracle is a plus
  • 3 + years of experience and knowledge with SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, WS-Security, and other authentication/authorization protocols
  • 2 + years minimum of practical (hands-on) experience with Visual Studio, Visual SourceSafe and the .Net Framework
  • 2 + years minimum of practical (hands-on) experience with writing SQL Server stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
  • Experience in configuring Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Experience in Web site development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience with Web Services and XML is desired
  • Experience with good security practices in application development
  • Candidate must be able to undergo a background check
