Process Excellence and Change Enablement professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.

Job Description
·         Sales professionals improve sales organizations through process reengineering, sales talent management, incentive management, and operations optimization.
 
·         Sales Operations professionals help improve sales organizations through the planning, design, and execution of selling methods, sales and sales supporting processes, and selling tools, with a focus on measurement and improvement of leading sales productivity metrics.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Professionals have a specific focus on delivering client solutions that include the following key responsibilities:
  • Defining front-office business processes and quantifying the potential benefit of improved sales, marketing and service functions.
  • Working with sales, marketing and service leadership, field reps and operations personnel to optimize process and technology solutions
  • Providing systems integration and technology services for clients seeking to implement third-party SaaS solutions, through innovative business facing delivery models
  • Working in the field to drive enablement of business solutions
Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Manage engagements of various sizes, with responsibility for financial performance as well as project delivery
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of work stream activities
  • Identify and build successful client solutions, working collaboratively across Accenture's service lines and operating groups to bring the right resources to bear
  • Develop insightful analysis and candid recommendations when faced with ambiguity
  • Scope and frame engagement approaches, design and drive insightful analysis, and deliver implementation recommendations
  • Present analysis and recommendations to clients, from day-to-day contacts up to C-level management
  • Help identify and develop client relationships and new business opportunities
  • Oversee relationships with third party vendors and agencies
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Sales, Service or Marketing Transformation enabled by Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Technologies
  • Minimum 1 year formal consultative experience, with proven experience leading or supporting transformational projects for Global 1000 companies. 
Project experience across one of the following project phases:
  • Project ROI and business case development
  • Business analysis
  • Process and technology design
  • Process and technology implementation
  • Process and technology stabilization and support
  • Change and journey management
  • Benefits tracking
  • Program management & governance
 
Essential Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA preferred
