Essential Skills / Experience
5-8 years call center experience
Experience working with customers, guiding them through their information, needs and decision making process
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to demonstrate customer patience, empathy and good listening skills  
Prior experience promoting company services
Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word skills knowledge
General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care is preferred
Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus

Essential Education
High School diploma or GED is a must
