The Digital Customer team is growing its Multichannel / Commerce practice in multiple industry verticals and is looking for a Digital Value Architect. As a Digital Value Architect, Senior Manager, you will have primary responsibility for understanding our clients’ multichannel and multi-platform customer marketing and conversion needs and make recommendations about technologies, capabilities and partners to drive and maximize value creation. 
Multiple US locations including: *Atlanta,GA *Chicago, IL *Hartford, CT *Milwaukee, WI *Florham Park, NJ *Philadelphia, PA *St. Louis, MO *Washington, DC

  • Design and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and conversion while lowering costs by improving marketing operations
  • Work with team leadership to build the Practice
  • Lead business development efforts by creating end to end digital business cases
  • Provide input and oversight across a number of strategy and implementation projects to ensure consistent quality delivery
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for clients
  • Develop a point of view on Digital/Seamless Value Creation (white papers)
  • Through experiences with clients, provide input to the overall design of our offerings
  • Build core competencies for implementation and operations of seamless Marketing technology and process.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience with the architecture, design and delivery of large scale complex multiplatform, multichannel and multi-media setups, ongoing business insights derived from tools and driving opportunities to maximize return for clients while working with global teams in a distributed delivery model.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in multichannel and multiplatform digital marketing, conversion analytics, user experiences, CRM etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with user experience design, agile web development processes, content management and social collaboration tools
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of working as a digital/seamless strategist in a digital business or digital agency, or direct response organizations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing large scale marketing outsourcing services and delivering significant performance improvements in marketing, sales or service
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
 Preferred Experience:
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics, personalization and communication tools
  • Experience in Automotive, Industrial or Travel/Hospitality Industries.
  • MBA Preferred
