The Digital Marketing Business Architect manages a portfolio of projects in the digital marketing space for clients in the Consumer Goods industry. He/she will work directly with the client to bring ideas and innovation for consumer relationships, digital marketing, commerce, multi-channel solutions, content or sales. He/she will be accountable for helping to drive new service ideas with the client and work with the delivery teams to provide quality delivery and meet expectations on service levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
  • Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
  • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
  • Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
  • Manages large teams and/or work efforts at a client
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of consulting/client service experience
  • 5 years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services industry or related Products Industry (Retail, Consumer Life Sciences)
  • 3 years Digital Operating Model experience, e.g. experience working for or Consulting to a fundamentally digital businesses
  • 2+ years of experience of running eCommerce, multi-channel CRM or Digital Marketing programs in the industry
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a strong team of Consultants and Business Analysts
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Ability to construct business cases and transformation roadmaps
  • Ability to articulate the Why? What? and How? of change
  • Ability to articulate industry leading practices at the enterprise level and cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
 Preferred Experience:
  • Internal Consulting group or Management Consulting track record, preferred
  • Experience of shaping and delivering multi-national change programs
  • Direct experience of packaged-software capability enablement projects, such as SAP, Salesforce.com, Oracle, etc. and/or cloud-based, mobile and web solutions
