We are seeking a talented Digital Customer Experience consultant (Senior Manager) to support large clients in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, medical, biotechnology, medical device manufacturing). This is a full-time, permanent position with a very competitive salary, annual bonus and full benefits.

The Life Sciences Digital Customer Experience Senior Manager will work with leading Life Sciences companies to help them to transform the experiences they deliver to their customers by leveraging digital capabilities to develop a seamless end-to-end customer experience.  This role offers an exciting opportunity for creative, forward thinking, digitally-savvy individuals who want to help some of the world's most recognized Life Sciences companies define, plan and execute programs to dramatically improve their customer experience and patient journey across all of their touchpoints (online, mobile, call center, provider office, etc.).
The ideal candidate will be customer centric, have a sound understanding of the Life Sciences business and experience working with the key capabilities that enable an ideal experience in a digital and physical world. 

Experience working across several, but not necessarily all the following functional areas are critical: customer experience design, patient experience design, patient journey design, / ecommerce, mobile etc.

Additionally, the role requires a candidate who thinks about customer experience in a seamless way across all touchpoints / channels and can effectively paint a vision to senior executives at clients about the art of the possible. 

Candidate must be comfortable helping clients shape their vision and translate that vision into customer experience / patient journeys and help Life Sciences companies differentiate themselves in a crowded marketplace.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills to guide multi-functional client teams through the journey from ideation to execution.

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Life Sciences
  • At least 5 to 10 years’ experience working with Life Sciences digital /experience design function
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a consulting role
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed (up to 75%)
