KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVE)
  1.       3+ years of Software Development experience, 5+ years preferred
  2.       Strong background in software development; experience (C# and .Net technologies). JAVA experience is a plus.
  3.       Good experience working with WPF, Winforms, WCF services.
  4.       Understanding of object oriented coding and design, SOLID principles. Participate in code reviews and feedback.
  5.       Able to troubleshoot and debug issues; work with offshore teams as required.
  6.       Support and triage issues with customer integration teams under minimum supervision.
  7.       Solid networking understanding
  8.       Ability to evaluate software quality through the use of load testing, stress testing and techniques like network      tracing, threat analysis, unit testing and exploratory testing
  9.       Should be able summarize findings in a clear manner through the use of reports and other written artifacts
  10.   Experience with Agile software development practices .
  11. Experience with
         Amazon Web Services a PLUS

Bring your talent and skills to Motorola Solutions, as part of the Smart Public Safety Solutions
(SPSS) in Chicago. This software engineering position will be a member of the
team that develops the PremierOne suite. Using Microsoft .NET technologies in a
Service-Oriented Architecture creating products such as Computer Aided Dispatch
and Mobile Data Computing. These products are required to rise to the
challenges of enterprises and governments worldwide enabling first responders
to focus on their mission, allowing them to respond faster with smarter and safer decisions.

C# .NET Software Engineer - Full Stack
Work as a contributing member of an advanced software development team using modern
software development techniques to produce world-class public safety software:-
Participate in formal design and implementation activities- Interface with
software architects to ensure execution is in line with architectural
expectations- Provide engineering management with accurate effort estimates for
projected work- Effectively collaborate with other technical leaders in a
multi-team environment- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in the face of
