KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVE)
1.      2+ years of system administrator experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) tool, part of the Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud product
2.      2+ years’ experience in one of the following: Sales Operations, Business Operations or Finance
3.      Technical skills with: 
Oracle Fusion Sale Cloud
Oracle Incentive Compensation
4.      Business knowledge and skills:
Sales compensation plan design, management, and administration
5.      Business experience and knowledge of sales compensation design, administration, and processing strongly preferred
6.      Proficiency and experience in the design & oversight of sales compensation plans, and sales crediting rules, in the Oracle environment
7.      Co-manage all elements of sales compensation planning, administration, field support, & quarterly processing of incentive payments
8.      Coordinate, validate, and gather all relevant business goals results from work partners in Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to efficiently and accurately pay all Sales incentives
9.      Robust statistical analysis skills
10.  Responsible for ensuring all business Governance & Audit guidelines on SIP design are consistently followed and implemented in OIC for all incentive participants
11.  Act as Project Manager for all required changes in the OIC compensation tool/system, in order to reflect changes in business strategy or organization. Interact with, and manage, 3rd party technical resources, if required, to meet business requirements for the OIC platform

CN900 - Global Sales Compensation team
Job Description
Act as the global system administrator/business platform owner for Motorola Solutions' Oracle based Incentive compensation tool (OIC) for all global business regions. Proficiency and experience in the design & oversight of sales compensation plans, and sales crediting rules, in the Oracle environment preferred. Co-manage all elements of sales compensation planning, administration, field support, & quarterly processing of incentive payments for the North America business. Act as the primary liaison to the field for any incentive related questions. Coordinate, validate, and gather all relevant business goals results from work partners in Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to efficiently and accurately pay all Sales incentives. Provide timely and relevant customized reporting, metrics, and analysis to senior sales leaders and director of sales compensation. Robust statistical analysis skills a plus, but not required. Responsible for ensuring all business Governance & Audit guidelines on SIP design are consistently followed and implemented in OIC for all incentive participants. Act as Project Manager for all required changes in the OIC compensation tool/system, in order to reflect changes in business strategy or organization. Interact with, and manage, 3rd party technical resources, if required, to meet business requirements for the OIC platform. Ability to successfully adapt and perform in a rapidly changing, fast paced business environment. Effective communications skills across all levels of the organization, and strong analytical capabilities are a must. This position will be based in Motorola Solutions' North America Sales HQ in Chicago, IL.
Basic Requirements
Bachelors Degree
2+ years experience in one of the following: Sales Operations, Business Operations or Finance

2+ years of system administrator experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) tool, part of the Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud product. 

Business experience and knowledge of sales compensation design, administration, and processing strongly preferred.

Technical skills with: 
Oracle Fusion Sale Cloud
Oracle Incentive Compensation
